A Length

Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.

B Width

Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area and pull the tape across to the other side of the product.

C Sleeve length

Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder, hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.

Some pieces you break in. This one arrives ready. The Not As Soft hoodie — garment-dyed, ring-spun cotton blend, relaxed fit built for layering or doing nothing at all. That worn-in look isn't earned over time. It's already there.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take? Orders are fulfilled within 4–6 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout. Over 97% of orders ship within 6 business days — more than half ship within 3 days.

Does Lovable Cuties ship internationally? Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Which countries do you not ship to? We currently can't ship to the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. This may change due to carrier restrictions or world events.

Do all items in my order ship together? Most do — though some products ship separately due to packaging. These include mugs, framed posters, canvas prints, and stickers.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also check status by logging into your account. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system — international tracking may take a few extra days.

My package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived — what do I do? First, check around your property, with neighbours, and contact your local post office — carriers often leave location notes. If you're still unable to locate it, reach out to us at info@lovablecuties.com. We're unable to reship or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we'll do everything we can to help.

What if my package is lost in transit? Email info@lovablecuties.com within 2 weeks of your estimated delivery date. We'll cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping. We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office first.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do? Email info@lovablecuties.com immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we may be able to update it. If it ships to the wrong address and gets returned to us, we'll reach out to confirm the correct one — new shipping charges will apply for the reship.

Return Policies

What's your return policy? All Lovable Cuties pieces are fulfilled to order — all sales are final unless an item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged. If that happens, email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. If approved, we'll replace it or refund it in full.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? Email info@lovablecuties.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll review and, if approved, send a replacement or full refund. Claims are subject to review — we reserve the right to decline if damage is caused by misuse or improper care after delivery.

Can I exchange for a different size? We don't process direct exchanges. We recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us before you buy and we'll point you in the right direction.

When will I receive my refund? Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I return a sale item? Discounted items and Vault pieces are final sale — no returns. The exception: if they arrive defective, our full replacement guarantee still applies.
